1. Service Description:

• The speed and quality of the service may vary depending on factors such as network congestion, distance from the nearest access point, and the capabilities of your devices.

2. Service Availability:

• Our broadband service is available within specific geographical areas as determined by the Provider.

• Availability is subject to infrastructure limitations and may vary based on location.

3. Subscription and Payment:

• By subscribing to our broadband service, you agree to pay the applicable fees and charges as outlined in the pricing plan.

• Payments are due on a monthly basis and must be made by the specified due date to avoid service interruption.

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your broadband service.

4. Use of Service:

• The broadband service provided by City Broadband Services is for personal or business use only.

• You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Sending spam or unsolicited emails.

  • Engaging in activities that may harm the network or interfere with other users' experience.

• The Provider reserves the right to monitor network traffic and usage patterns to ensure compliance with these Terms.

5. Equipment:

• You may be required to use specific equipment provided by City Broadband Services to access the broadband service.

• Any equipment provided remains the property of the Provider and must be returned upon termination of the service or as otherwise specified.

• You are responsible for the care and maintenance of the equipment provided, and any damages may result in additional charges.

6. Service Maintenance and Upgrades:

• City Broadband Services may perform maintenance or upgrades to the network from time to time, which may result in temporary service disruptions.

• We will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and provide advance notice of any planned maintenance activities.

7. Limitation of Liability:

• City Broadband Services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use the broadband service.

• In no event shall the Provider's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the preceding twelve-month period.

8. Termination:

• Either party may terminate the broadband service at any time with or without cause by providing written notice to the other party.

• Upon termination, you must return any equipment provided by City Broadband Services and settle any outstanding balances.

9. Governing Law:

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [KAKINADA], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms:

• City Broadband Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
